Transparent Pricing — No Surprises

No. All fees are agreed upfront in writing before any work begins. For vacation rental, you only pay commissions on confirmed, completed bookings — there are no setup fees, listing fees, or monthly retainers unless explicitly part of your agreement.

For Fully Managed properties, we release owner payments on a monthly basis — typically by the 10th of the following month. For Multi-Platform Sync, payments flow directly from the platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com etc.) to you, and we invoice our commission separately.

Commission rates are based on your property type, location, and projected annual revenue. Owners with multiple properties or high-revenue listings may qualify for reduced rates. We discuss this openly during your evaluation — no awkward conversations required.

Our transaction fee covers property marketing, viewings management, negotiation support, and coordination with legal and notarial partners through to completion. It does not include notary fees, land registry taxes, or buyer's legal costs — these are statutory and paid separately.
